Opened in December of 2003, Eserves's Hosting Operations Center is a state
of the art monitoring facility designed to monitor Eserves's network
operations 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our customers experience flawless
operation of their web presence.
The Internet can sometimes feel like the Wild West. With all of the news
stories of hackers and spammers and fraudulent activity, putting your
business on the web can be intimidating. Eserves is not immune to these
activities, but our Hosting Operations Center was founded to make sure our
customers feel as little impact as possible from unwanted intrusion.
Staffed with a highly trained team of experienced professionals, and
stocked with a wide array of state of the art software and hardware
solutions, this team has what it takes to make Eserves's network among the
most reliable on the Internet.

Dedicated server and Web hosting Data Center
The multi-million dollar Eserves Data Center is staffed 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Among the equipment installed in the data center
are 7500 series Cisco routers, a 7 terabyte IBM robotic tape
library, IBM RS/6000 SP supercomputers, a 200 KVA UPS emergency
power system, and a 2,000 gallon diesel generator.

Stopping Fires Before They
Start.
Our fire suppression system mixes non-toxic FM200
gas with oxygen to prevent oxygen in the facility from fueling the
flames before they grow out of control. Important, especially
considering that, in the face of a major blaze, the heat from the
flames and the water used to extinguish them pose more immediate
threats to a server than do the actual flames. Now that's the
protection and assurance you need.

Are you prepared for a
blackout?
Our reserve energy comes from a high-power
battery backup system and a diesel generator. The battery backup
system kicks in the moment that power is lost. Simultaneously, the
diesel generator is activated to take over. Capable of powering the
Data Center for an extended period, the generator concurrently
replenishes the batteries to take over again if the generator
expires.

Cobalt - The simple and
affordable Web server solution.
The Cobalt RaQ server is an
"all-in-one" solution that comes preinstalled with Web,
e-mail, ftp, DNS, and SQL services. Equally adept at hosting one
large Web site as they are at hosting 200, each system comes with an
easy to use web-based management utility that allows you to
configure up to 200 virtual domain Web sites. Furthermore, your
customers can configure their own settings, such as mailboxes and
passwords with their own Control Panel |
